Salacius P. Uki ("Sal" to his friends") was born in a small mining town on Medulla, where he was raised with wholsome canine values. Earning a legal degree from the Sirian College of Law, he quickly rose through the legal heirarchy to become an Imperial Jurist for the high court. His court became known for the phrase, "This court favors lenience..." and the convicted trembled with fear, for it was well known that this phrase was consistently followed by the harshest sentence on the books. Among his peers he became known as "Hangin' Sal."

When Overlord Pounce assumed the throne, Sal knew that his reign of terror could not be allowed to last indefinitely. He secretly aided the revolution by slipping information encoded in his briefs (that's the legal kind, thank you) to operatives within the Imperial Government.

It was no suprise, therefore, that the Revolutionary High Council selected him to become the chief justice, and it became his duty to preside over the trial of the deposed Overlord. But even with this honor, Justice Uki wonders what will become of his homeworld, for he is still untrusting of the very-powerful Revolutionary Council now in control of the Empire.
