Pugsy
Pugsy Magee: tough-talking but weasely racketeer.

Sex: Male
Breed: Pug
Faction: The Pack
First Appearance: Episode 1

If there's a racket, scam, or job going down in Motorville, it's a sure bet that Pugsy Magee is in on it. One of the most successful of the small time Packsters in the city, Pugsy's got a line on everything.

Guarded by his Mastiff bodyguards Rocko and Jocko, Pugsy oversees his criminal empire from a variety of hideouts. He's been known to work out of trash cans in alleys, or even the garage of the City Pound.

But apart from racketeering, loansharking, embezzlement, larceny and assault, Pugsy's greatest love is booking. Pugsy's the pooch to see, if you're a seedy dog looking to lay a few treats down on the track. But Cave, cane! for when Pugsy books for the track, it is not unheard of for a small portion of his gross revenue to be diverted toward ensuring the outcome of the race.

Rocko and Jocko,Pugsy's burly bodyguards, have been the little Packster's right and left paws since they were puppy delinquents. Typically their duties involve the encouragement of payment of gambling debts owed, and occasionally they are called upon to deal with a rival Packster who might inadvertently or otherwise be percieved as a threat to their boss.

Long on muscle, and balanced perfectly by an equally impressive lack of cognitive powers, Rocko and Jocko pretty much accept anything that Pugsy tells them as the literal truth. Likewise, they will also will neglect to consider personal risk or gain in the execution of Pugsy's orders. Even one of these thugs is a danger, and even the police dogs are wary of them. Both of them together can create a destructive dynamo such as few would like to see.
